How do I stay motivated and not demoralised?
I'm a 4 stripe white belt, probably not too far off blue belt, but I'm like the skinniest guy in my gym, 75 kg 6'1.
I can tap quite a lot of people, some blue belts, mostly beginner - mid level white belts.
I just get smashed by people a lot stronger than me. Size isn't everything, I get that, but it makes a massive fucking difference.
Some nights I feel terrible after my performances, and other nights I feel good, but only really if I submit other people.
Just wish there was a system for skinnier, weaker people.
