Yes and no. Dinosaurs existed but they were giant chickens, not giant lizards.

"Dinosaur fossils" are actually dragons, unironically. Note that the fully assembled ones are fake and gay, but the giant individual bones are from them. They were effectively the high ranking angels in the Bible although the lore is much different in reality.
Some of them managed/oversaw early human civilizations thus why they appear in every human culture.
