If you mean chaos magick in the real sense and not just sigils, weirdest thing I did was turn my cowper's glands into an extra pair of testicles. I was only trying to grow them, and I did, but for no reason they also mutated into being 50% balls. Now amongst other things whenever I pee there's a huge sperm foam on top like a root beer float.Currently growing them even bigger.
