Almost everything I see against the New Age spirituality movement is from fundamentalist Christians attacking it for obvious reasons. A lot of its reputation comes from elaborate campaigns from Christianity to make it look bad
Does anyone here practice or have experience with New Age spirituality and belief systems that really believes it works and is real and benefits their lives?

I think the Christian critique of new age is silly, but I have my own problems with it. A lot of is rooted in real ideas, but it is watered down to be completely ineffective. It's nonsense for normies. And it's filled with grifters. That's why I always take those new age to Christian conversations with a grain of salt. If they were grifting before, the conversion is also probably a grift.

New age is just repackaged esoteric religions. There’s a lot of good new age stuff from RA, Seth, Dolores Cannon, etc

It changed a lot in the 60's. All the liberal/leftist/socialist ideas of that time festered inside the "new age" movement.
Before that there was much more race and gender realism in many of the philosophies being promulgated, which is totally taboo now.
Try reading some material from the 30's or earlier. At the very least it's much more intellectually demanding that the touchy-feely fluff that passes for "spirituality" nowadays.

Good book recommendations? I read this but its just a regurgitation of The Kybalion. I'm looking for a book which gives suggestions and examples of application instead of theory.

Mark Passio talks about it a bit and I think he’s right. Some of it is good and rooted in esoteric tradition, but a lot of it is watered down on purpose to obfuscate and render it either slow, incomplete, or useless. Definitely paid grifters and bad actors used to mislead people. Some of it has to be left legit and “work” or it would be fully discarded.
Christians dislike it for the reasons other anons have mentioned and also because Christians think everything that is not Christianity is demons and scary
