What are the best things to wear, or put in your home, that repel demons and spiritual attacks? Crystals, types of wood, etc. Which ones have you used that have worked?

It’s my belief that talismans have power because humans believe that they do. The more humans who believe in something, the more powerful the symbol, ward, or talisman. Salt is a common purifying or warding agent amongst many diverse cultures and is probably one of the strongest materials for warding as a result. The crucifix is a common talisman across the world, and it is likely quite strong for those who believe in it. Perhaps it would be less so if you personally lack faith. I was plagued by nightmares some time ago. I adopted the practice of drawing Lovecraft’s Elder Sign on my body and the nightmares stopped. I suggest you pick symbols and wards which resonate with your own beliefs and tailored to your own problems, if possible.

Shungite, against electronic noise and interference
Selenite, for keeping my energy clean especially when sleeping
Copper, it seems to keep my energy field clear and stable, and I just feel better when it's around me
I also like to wear my Evil Eye bracelet if I'm going out anywhere there's likely to be a lot of negative energy. The locals often glare at me so I think it helps.
I often take baths with salt and various oils like rosemary, palo santo, sandalwood etc. to cleanse myself both physically and spiritually.
I used to wear a lot of black crystals for protection but I haven't been feeling like I need them lately. I burn a lot of incense too.

The only thing that will actually work is the name of Jesus Christ.I know it sounds ridiculous but shoot it worked for me.Never identified as Christian before I called on him. But the spiritual attacks got so powerful I was willing to try anything. Jesus worked.
