OP. I would like to present a translated part of introduction of one occult zine from my country and ask you to tell what do you think about it.>I would also like to thank the reader X..., who after reading an article about chaosgnostics from last issue pointed out to me the clear analogy, which did not came to my mind during writing the article: an analogy of conflict between cosmic and anti-cosmic gods to lovecraftian conflict of Elder gods and Great old ones (gods). Although Great old ones are not "anti-cosmic" to Lovecraft in a true meaning of word, they are still those older and darker deities, to whose younger Elder gods are something like descendants, also rejoicing from their temporary victory, which will however, last only until the Great old ones will wake again. Temple of the Black Light takes itself deadly serious and its teaching does not support, at least according to my knowledge, comparison with fiction, such as Lovecraft's work is, and so I also missed this conspicuous connection: also because, I consciously neglected even the basic study of Lovecraft. However, if an active chaosgnostic would be to be found here (supposedly some people like that exist here), they can draw inspiration also in growing field of the Lovecraftian magic.Btw check Lovecraft's story "The Case of Charles Dexter Ward", it has 182 vibe around it
