People in Greenland don't want to become United States. Denmark is willing to give Greenland independency if Greenland chooses to pursuit it. Greenland is enjoying scandinavian high welfare state livelihood and to us United States is developing country shithole at capitalists' mercy so people are not willing to give up on nice living and freedom to become trumpian vassal state.Greenland nor Denmark are not opposing US bases, mining or facilities.
