In one of his talks he mentions that out of everyone he has given psychedelics to, only about 4 people reported back with the type of experience he was interested in, which I think would be either self moving spirit entities or some type of logos.
He also reported many people saying nothing happened, and then fearfully refusing to ever touch the substance again.
This puts it in perspective on how fragile the psychedelic movement was. Even in the Information Age this initiation will remain a mystery to most.
This is pretty peculiar. Even when it seems mainstream, it absolutely isn't.

I spent much of the spring on nightwalks listening to Uncle McKenna's lectures, I was smoking and vaping a ludcirous amount of pot but I haven't had any shrooms in two years. Had some major synchronicities, all day long can't ignore type, feels like I'm being "called back" to them
any shroom experiences/testimonies? I only had a chocolate bar so I still consider myself a bit of a vrigin

I’ve given away pounds of magic mushrooms and have never sold a single one. I’ve eaten pounds myself. The type of experiences people report are generally positive and the negative ones usually seem positive once they talk about it afterwards.

McKenna has some great lectures. I found a YouTube channel that posts tons of them but then I noticed it was Israeli and got upset. I figure this is the type of Israeli person (into consciousness expanding subjects like psychedelics) I want to support

I think you need the toolset beforehand, something developed over many years. It's like doing a practical without a theory or the theory without a practical. And I think you need the predisposition to start with, the gift, or the whatever. Giving people any entheogen and expecting results if they've never had a thought approaching profound, insightful or revolutionary in their lives before whatsoeover seems very shortsighted for someone who dearly beholds enlightenment.
