What are some /x/ ways in which you can keep yourself disciplined? Mind you, it needs to come from within and you need not depend on outer factors for it.

I'll start:

Doesn't matter what it is. The easiest is to shower daily. You just shower. Daily. No matter how good or bad you feel. You just get into the shower and let yourself be clean of all the negative energy and soak yourself in the cleansing power of water. Daily. No exceptions. Only the weak fear the daily shower. The strong get under the shower and diffuse the negativity and let themselves bathe in positive thoughts. It is tough. But it gets easier. It gets easier every passing day. Because suppose for 138 days, you have had your daily shower streak. No way you're gonna break that. It gets easier. Until it is a basic part of your identity. You don't even remember the day you didn't shower. You don't even want to. Because you shower daily.
