There's also "Advanced memory palaces" by Joe Reddington and the art of memory forum has a free mnemonics pdf.
By the way, your memory palace doesn't have to be a real physical location, i've been experimenting with an imaginary one and it works fine. "The art on memoryzation" by M.A.Kohain also describes the advantages of fully imaginary memory palaces, as well as other things such as encoding.
