I want to use an old 32bit iOS app (iOS 10 and below), but the only emulator I know, TouchHLE didn't work, is there another way or this is a dead end?

Apple makes a habit of buying up and killing any iOS emulator projects people start so you're not likely to find anything

If TouchHLE didn't work then you may be shit out of luck. Old iOS devices were relatively cheap on the second-hand market when I last checked since they're just bricks to most people.
