Dunno if this is allowed, but I'm happy to pay for it if necessary, I can't find it on any of the usual sites. I would buy it myself but I can't find digital versions anywhere.

Even though amazon.co.jp has a bunch of sellers selling used ones. If they don’t ship to your shithole, there are always forwarder services.
