Global Rule Number 1 - read it.
For all other things - in a relevant thread in a board that allows requests. DO NOT MAKE AN OWN THREAD.
And no, not all types of requests that were possible earlier can be posted now.Note: In the rules, harcore /hc/ and some other boards still refer to the defunct /r/.
Note 2: Still missing rapidshares /rs/
