All my life I've wanted to write, make stories, and draw comics, but the motivation to actually go through with it has never really been there for me. I've never completed a multichapter in my entire life and I've never been able to draw a single comic let alone draw much of anything for my whole life. I want to be an artist and do something, but I can't ever seem to make anything.
What should I do?

just do it literally the only thing stopping you from being creative is yourself. Learn to draw, to make music whatever it is u wanna do just do it and dont think ab it much.

I write fanfic and draw fight scenes, horribly, for stuff I read and watch. I get lots of inspiration and ideas when I am currently consuming content. I cant do it afterwards though, my memory isnt that good. when I am experiencing the content is when I am most hyped for it and most inspired. you can do the same. as time passed, my writing and drawing got much better. still havent shared any with others though. it sits snug on my computer.

Build discipline and practice your craft. You need to acquire the building blocks of your chosen craft before you can build with them. Implement ideas from pic related and read "On Writing" by Stephen King in which he details the grind necessary for getting good enough to be successful in a creative field.
