Honestly the evidence seems to me to be schizophrenia and antipsychotics being ineffective. There is usually a period of a few years where the symptoms are getting worse but the doctors think the right medication could help her mostly recover. There could per times when she is lucid but there is no telling when she will snap back into it so streaming or even png tubing isn't an option.
