The smartest decision I made was oshieng someone who is more or less drama free, streams consistently and seems to genuinely enjoy her job.
I see people complaining about vtuber drama and no matter how bad it is it is almost always less bad than what goes on with fleshtubers.
At worst you’ll find out your oshi is in a relationship. When you watch a flesh streamer half the time they’ll go off the deep end and into politics and end up an abuser or so porn addicted they can’t function.
The professionalism requirement for these women before they get popular weeds out the most menhara ones so you can pretty confidently sleep well at night knowing she truly does appreciate her fans.
I see so much complaining here but people don’t see how good they have it. Count your blessings

Just gotta pick carefully. Discard anyone that says something even slightly retarded or does something that bothers you even if it's a little bit. Youre gonna feel like neo from the matrix, dodging bullets left and right. Time will prove you right over and over.
Eventually you'll find one that suits you, waste no time tolerating their bullshit, it isn't worth of it.

Mint has been involved in some high-profile drama, but I always thought that she handled it super well. She never makes back-handed comments about other people, tends to stay away from heated interpersonal conflicts and indie timebombs, and whenever there was some incident directly involving her, she addressed it once and then stopped bringing it up.
I guess that still depends on your definition of drama, but I guess what I mean is she doesn't really make a scene.
