what is surprising to me is the outsourcing the remaster to have an upscaling in 4k od textures, UI and shit like that. no one cared, so it doesn't make sense. the only thing that could made worth while the money put down is the chinese and jap localization, to sell sh2 like a new game for those markets, but maybe china could be into it, maybe since it's japan, but in the emperor's land? the jap don't play pc games, strategy games even less, so I don't even know who is this for, maybe some get alpha who only played warhammer?

CA really needs some real competition so bad. 2 decades of being the only studio in the genre has warped their senses beyond recognition. The symptoms were already showing by Rome 2, and then Warhammer money and that alien game completely blinded them making them believe they finally were in the big boys club. I am a lonely guy, I work and play videogames, but how much of a retard must have you be to purchase any vg at lunch today? Especially from a company like CA It doesn't matter if is fault of SEGA or CA, the brand is in shamble since empire, 2009. 3K and WH brought in new people, who liked the game because was their first TW, but there are more concerning problems than bugs or prices in the brand,and the biggerst one is that CA can't make a decent idea of gameplay since Rome 1. Empire was a disaster, Shogun2 was polished but no gameplay, a retarded campaign with the only thing going the meme units for breaking the metà of "snipe enemy general and then rearcharge". FOTS was not a product of CA, was a aussie studio. Rome2 is shit, Attila is shit with the worst grand campaign ever, pasta the first 30 turns and killed the majority of barba factions, a map with no one else except the unkillable huns (for another 80 turns). Total war had to wait GW and someone outside CA for making a decent campaign, they don't want another history title because they have no idea how to making it interesting. Pharaon is not bring because is bronge Age, is boring because TW is boring since rome1
