Depends - are you more interested in the politics side of the Moses experience, or in the infrastructure projects?He did run NY like a SimCity game, but maybe a political sim would be closer. The interesting part was how he was able to get what he wanted from different stakeholders - financing, permissions, cheap labour, and power.
