I didnt play for awhile and just noticed the other week that Dom6 Enhanced was released. pretty awesome kindof semi-overhaul mod. the hardest part for me switching from 5 to 6 was losing enhanced.
the mod nations included with it are okay. I only really liked Nahullo from Dom5 (renamed to Sitecah in 6 for some reason). but the added spells are very good.

How do I script mages to be useful?
If I leave them on cast, they have a tendency to just repeatedly cast self buffs on themselves, some of which aren't even applicable to the current fight.
If I set them to advance while casting, they go straight into melee range to cast touch spells when they don't have to or will still prioritize buffing over blasting, (once again) even if the buffs aren't really useful for the current fight.

I suppose focusing on evocation and having Gobla target enemy archers might be a pretty potent move. Might be awkward in some battles. I am pretty sure that having your Gobbo god awake is the play since while you will have a lot of them, they are not very high tier mages. So you need a platform for your nice spells.

Hey anons, MA Marignon is a super fun nation. And I think one of the strongest. With their Castles you get high income + the army of Angels is very fun to play. Super mobile, and with buffs, they are probably some of the strongest units overall. The question is: what other nations have interesting summons? And is it actually possible to play similarly, for example, as MA Ind, with their Lords of Civilization? Do they have regular summons of Angels there besides those Lords, or is it all trash?
