I completely eliminated poverty in my run, and only expanded term limits to three terms. Seems like there is never enough capital to do everything you want to do, there are always a couple policies i forget about.

I looked Japan, and even though I know the budget data is a little off, in-game they run a deficit of almost half their total budget.That'd be like if the US spent had 6 trillion in revenue and spent 9 trillion a year.

Something else this game gets wrong, it recognizes the link between gambling and organized crime, but not cigarette tax and organized crime. Bootleggers are definitely going to get in on that, along with high alcohol tax. We already have a major problem with that in the states.
