I hate to be such a complainer but there are so many things about Warno that drive me nuts.
Let's take 8th Infantry for example. Looks like a fun div, kind of a US Unspec deck. But then you dig into it.
>Forced to use either trucks or M113's, no Bradleys, kind of annoying, not even one card of Fire Teams, but made worse by that Shitbox APC's are so overpriced. They should be 10 points period. Trucks are faster, and sellable. You should be paying a premium for that.
>Oh cool, Rangers. Except, for some reason, they don't have AT-4's. So they're just Mech Rifles, except marginally better at Inf combat. Why? Why can't they just give them a good AT so they make sense as a unit? This isn't WGRD where Special Forces rape Regulars, they're barely better but 15 pts more.
>Tank tab. Why is the CEV so shit? It only does 3 HE (kills 3 guys) and a EIGHTEEN second reload time. Why is the M1A1 275 points when it basically has exactly the same stats as the T-72M1 except 1 more pen and range, and the range matters less in Warno because of the bonkers range compression where 175M is actually like 50M of 'real' distance
>Recon. Pretty standard, except why does the LRS only have 6 men? Not gonna lie, I really don't like the non-standardized infantry squad sizes. I don't feel like Eugen really accounts for these HP differences. This basically means this deck doesn't have good shock inf combat recon. And the scouts have no AT.
>AA. Oh look its the m163 CS like WGRD, except its dogshit in this game, and to make it worse its 60 points which is 30 WGRD points which is 10 points more. And it was actually GOOD in WGRD, it had a fun characteristic where it could basically shoot without reloading. Nothing like that here.
>AIR. Why the fuck does the F-111 suck so hard? It drops all of these 1lb bombs that do no damage. It's straight up a broken unit
It's all the little things that add up lol. It's just like they don't think about common sense GAMEPLAY.
