Wizardry is a japanese game as well, you need to level up to level 3500 to beat the last boss (for the ura boss level req 7500).

Apart from Ultima Online the Ultima series has been dead since 1995. I doubt any gamers in Japan even remember it, let alone consider it a Top 3 Greater CRPG.
