does anyone else care about common VAs between RF and other franchises? I remember Kanata's va, Lynn, from a gacha i used to play, voicing a girl named Konoha, who sucked at cooking for no other reason than Lynn herself also being bad at the kitchen.Also, Matsuri shares VA with princess chaika. Shocking truth, I know.

How hot a take is it if I think I like the first one more than 4? I haven't played either extensively, but I immediately recognize that the way A Fantasy Harvest Moon plays exactly as it describes had a stronger resonance with me. I'm still going to play through 4 since I'm a bit further in it than the other, but I'm really looking forward to going back to the first.

Considering the game told you very strongly to save before the dragon fight I was expecting the choice you make to have a much stronger impact. I find it funny how in RF1 it was a pain in the ass to collect all those logs to upgrade your house and then in RF2 everyone just gives you hundreds of logs for every little request you complete. I'm not complaining.

Newfag here popping his RF cherry with 4S: Is it worth using weapons you don't use, at least when doing farming runs, to get the passive boosts from leveling those skills? Got a new longsword recipe and made it to switch backk off of the dual blades I found in Obsidian Mansion, but need to do some farming/grinding runs so Clorica stops getting 1-shot by high orcs and was wondering if spreading my weapon skill xp around would be better than going all-in on the weapon I prefer to use. Playing on Hell.
