Out of all the characters thus far in that game the ones I'm interested in are the sister and the angel everybody else seems secondary so far, I wonder if the H scenes of this one will be canon compared to the non canon of Innocent Rules, L.Deph and Asylum where they existed as an obligation rather than part of the story, each game you can beat without getting lewd once compared to the sequel series where mana tank will be plapped, through I haven't played any of them in a while, I think awake and kludge can be done without getting lewd with anyone cept getting sucked off by Kuruha at the start.

Way late but just finished the IR main story and feel like I understood basically nothing from the plot. Does the postgame flesh things out more or am I going to need to replay and pay more attention to the story?
As an aside, the huge cast felt like the biggest stumbling block for the game as a whole - almost zero party interactions during the story, only 2 near-identical scenes per character, party management of XP being a nightmare (equipment too to a lesser extent), and skill trees were greatly shortened as well. The last two in particular felt the most discouraging for swapping up the party during my playthrough which seems like the main intent of the game. Maybe it'd be worth a second go limiting myself to only the monster girls you can find in each zone to force some more experimentation?

Is it me or is the (Awake/Colony) Sheena revive a little bit messed up for the series moving forward. Every time someone dies I'm like why can't we just go grab them from the underworld again. Hello! I got robbed a few weeks ago and all my data was on the notebook.

But Ghost Path was one of the few games that I was midway through.

Going from the one-two kino punch of Awake to Colony to an experimental spinoff and then Sludge is such a slog right now. I'm a couple hours in and it would be a miracle if Dita is redeemed. You'd think a JP writer wouldn't deviate from an ensemble cast without an element of boke/tsukkomi but Yubiel is worthlessly autistic, Lusica is happy-go-lucky with no one to balance her out, and Kuu is a doormat. No wonder all of the oshiposting outside of the token femboy I see is just Vyner because this cast is weak. These characters are more like second string personalities but there's at least 6 party slots so I'm praying to god Reda/Vyner joins or some character I actually care about.

This is hella OP and in 1 hour I managed to cross through the mountain and desert, reaching the village you recruit the clairvoyant girl even though I was talking to every NPC along the way and the like.
