I'd go with Divinity. You get fucked really hard at the beginning if you don't go the one direction that doesn't kill you but after that it isn't as bad. Sequel has its moment but is pretty much a slog the whole way.

Age of decadence is quite short but its really funny although you have to min max otherwise you will soft lock the game but it’s definitely worth your time.I have also been meaning to play Brigand Oaxaca ever since I played Boiling point road to hell i needed a similar game because of how good it was lol
