I'd be more interested on the Japanese side of things. Considering how few RPGs were released in the US, we all know what's going to be on the list.
It's like saying "Destiny of an Emperor was in the top 10 best RPGs on NES!" well yeah, considering about 10 were released at best.

I don't even remember Babbage's selling console games? Thought they were mostly PC games.
