Found a copy of this at a market for 20 dollars. It's no 2 volume combined 1100 page indepth world and strategy guide like Japan got but it's a nice 450 page guide with great illustrations and maps.
I miss strategy guides :(

Cool I just found the Star Ocean 4 guide and been crafting op items with it. I love this era of guides with colorful maps and pictures and plenty of custom art of the characters
