I liked the love triangle in Grandia 2 even if it was pretty stock standard. The game in general was mostly just anime tropes but well executed

Tales of Arise pretty much exists purely for its romance story. They commit to it hard, fully and surprisingly early. Points were you need to hose the two down.

Mary Skelter 2 - same. Prequel bit is of a lesbo variety.

definitely Xenoblade 3 if you haven't already played it, although I would recommend playing 1 and 2 first (which also both have a bit of romance on the side but not as much as 3)
