huh, okay, i got the sand ship and walking around the desert getting in and out of the mech, mixed unit battles with on-foot fei fighting sand dudes while citan and bart battle tin robots is really fun. feels like there are a lot of great ideas here, navigating overworld with the sand ship is really great but you can tell how limited this is, shame this didn't get the ff7 budget in the end.

Of course not much you can do for pre-rendered cutscenes but still, an eventual HD remaster would likely keep them that way too (unless they remake them from scratch or something). just finished the saga games, i really ended up getting attached to these characters, I'm all melancholy now. At least i know KOS-MOS got into other games but still, episode IV when. also reloaded the completed save and checked the database, i like that they felt the need to point out MOMO could get pregnant eventually. Though at the same time, the ending implied that Shion, Jr and Allen pretty much left forever to look for lost jerusalem, or at least Shion's database entry did that (unless it's a jap quirk and they just meant that it took a long time), so no Rubeding for momo. Also also, did the "vision" of adult Jr meant he'll also be able to grow up now?

Hey guys Im finally about to start chapter 12 for Xenoblade X DE, but I have a few questions. I originally played this on the WiiU and I want to finish ALL the Chapter 12 quests before starting up the new DE content. Would there be any negatives to going into the new content at level 99? I want to beat the level 99 telethia before starting chapter 13 since I never beat the telethia or other original post game bosses as a kid. I'm assuming the content in chapter 13 would make this easier but I'm leaning heavily on doing all of the original game content before doing the new stuff (even though I've done Neil's stuff I purely mean finishing the vanilla stuff before chapter 13

Playing Xenoblade 2 for the first time. After playing 1(Wii) and X(WiiU), I can see why many people prefer 1 and X over 2. They went back on a lot of great features, mainly how quests were handled and that stupid quest marker. The maps also feel less fun to explore, only just got to chapter 3 so far and still on the 2nd island town or whatever. The story also feels way too light hearted and animey.Also no visible gear changing makes me sad but other than that, the game is alright. Btw any tips I should know, also emulating if that help.s

Took a break from XBC2 to play Torna/Iria since I hear after chapter 7 was the best time to play it. Has a lot of nice little qol features I really like. Like actually explaining the fucking battle system. Surprising a decent sized DLC which I hear is 20 hours. If more DLCs were like this I wouldn't mind them so much.
