Another good one. I've been upgrading the base.I did have my first death in the previous match. Both of my team mates disconnected so I was alone, so I tried just exfiling and of course another team showed up. In retrospect I should have just quietly left the extraction zone as soon as I knew they arrived, but I tried hopping on the heli since it was at 0 seconds and it would have made a dramatic exit. But instead they reached it in time and just killed me.I gotta work on my solo dmz skills from the beta. I used to sneak around doing missions a lot back in the day. I also enjoyed helping up dead players after everyone left the fight scene, but that doesn't seem to be a thing in this game. There hasn't been any of the team merging or aid pleas so far. Which honestly might be a good thing, since merging teams became very abuseable by bad actors. I generally used it for its intended purpose which was rescuing other solo's or rescuing people who just got killed, but all dmz beta players remember the degenerate 6 man squads who would just go around killing players with sheer numbers, so maybe it's a net positive that's gone, even if I'll miss helping people.So far everyone has been in shoot on sight mode. I'll use proximity chat to say do you want to work together but most people don't have mics, and just start shooting. Which is the case with most other extraction shooter's I've played, although there are exceptions where people will usually work together, like Arc Raiders.All in all, I'm having a pretty good time. Even paused a few other games I like (like boltgun2 and dragon's dogma 2 dlc) to be here. I liked the dmz beta and I like this one so far.

I feel angry when someone kills me. And I feel giddish when I kill someone.The best change they have made to DMZ is making your custom weapons cost money (and alot of it). In old DMZ dying and loosing your guns ment nothing, just go kill someone else for their meta gun or play something else till your recharge timer on your custom Loadout expired.Now I'm actually nervous to try and not loose my custom M4 I've spent like 150k building. I'm using recon drones and hiding it's alot of fun. And when you do find a well built weapon it's special cause not every has the money for attachments yet. Another cool thing is if you mark your weapon, say you put a charm on it or even you just ahave a certain build that most people wouldent build you might loose it and then kill someone and find your old gun still in circulation, ever changing hands. I hated new DMZ when I first got it but now that I'm feeling the stakes I'm having a blast.

DMZ is just awful. That little tutorial mission was perfect, but as soon as the actual game started? Shambles.I should have figured out what it was beforehand with the Warzone and Endgame UI. Sprinting around in an extraction shooter feels terrible, and any player on sight interactions turns into Warzone.Considering what IW were advertising all those weeks and months back about the dynamisms and stealth aspects of it all, what we’re playing now is bad. It doesn’t even have the same UI as the initial reveal.

I went in with a free loadout and came out with two blue weapons a purple bag and a gold material and a bunch of blue gear. Some matches just go very well.Killed a few of the bounties, they're pretty cool. Some are essentially just juggernauts but there's a sniper and a shotgunner and a guy who has barbed wire and trip mines everywhere. Kind of like how in the first one some of them were different too.Going pretty well so far.

After playing the multiplayer, here’s my take: atrociously sluggish movement, agonizingly slow aim-down-sights speed, pitifully low bullet damage, and an absurdly long time to kill. The result is that it plays like a bunch of noodle-armed old grandpas with bad legs running around cosplaying with peashooters. Modern Warfare 4 is a shit-tier gameplay experience. IW has truly dropped a colossal turd.

The EOMM in multiplayer is so obvious it's just sad. I ain't one of these schizos who thinks it's in every big shooter game, I didn't think it was in MW2 or 3 at all, it was obvious in BO6 season 1 at least (I didn't play after) And I dident play enough of 7 to remember if I felt it or not.But this game very clearly manipulates peoples connections or something.There's no consistency to the peekers advantage whatsoever, and it ain't simply connection based cause you can feel it change throughout the match.In MW3 you can clearly get a feel for x action = x server advantage. You generally have the same amount of time to react to someone correlating to how they or yourself moved into your field of view.This game however just feels random, sometimes someone will slide into you and you'll kill them and think their retarded. Sometimes they will slide into you and they will just instantly appear on your screen and there's nothing you can do and vice versa.

wow what a run. Went in with a free loadout. This feels the best.We killed some players. I always try to invite them or truce but only like 1 in 10 teams actually accept. Most people are bloodthirsty. Which is fine, that's part of the game, but it's just interesting. I play a lot of these extraction shooters and it's always interesting which ones are more shoot on sight and which ones are more pve focused. Though my experience teaming up with another squad and going around killing bosses as 6 people was a real highlight so far, so there are some atypical players out there. Greater than zero.

Every year the content creators got their way with CoD, with people like Swagg and those in that type of high-influence streaming circle essentially tailoring the game around their play style alone, and every year it felt like CoD was getting more and more obnoxious to play. Now I get to go on X and see a whole bunch of them literally seething that this game sucks, it's sublime. Good. You've had two back to back Black Ops games which were the epitome of streamer clip brainrot gameplay with the CoD brand stamped onto them, and it essentially bastardized the franchise.I'm glad that DMZ is PvE heavy. I think it's hilarious that these guys are so profoundly upset by the fact that people aren't hyper aggressive in it that they've turned to essentially camping the missions because of how agitated they are. They'll go play something else.And I'm glad MW4 didn't follow in the footsteps of Black Ops 7. It feels so good to play a more grounded CoD with an emphasis on aiming and actually paying attention to your surroundings. The last two games felt like an endless circle pit of both teams rushing eachother's spawns over and over again, and it's even more cathartic that the big streamers don't like that.I think MW4's launch should stand as an example that game devs, publishers, and the general fanbase shouldn't listen to these big streamers just because they no-life the game. Whether Activision takes that advice, well, I doubt it, but hey, MW4 is good so far. It's just good to have a CoD that feels like it was meant for everyone again, not just people with insane setups who do absolutely nothing but play the game all day. Even in lobbies where I'm getting stomped, it doesn't feel nearly as obnoxious as it did in BO6 and BO7. MW4 isn't perfect but it's definitely a step in the right direction imo.

A legendary patriot AR. and a bunch of like gas masks and such.I can't believe it. I left COD after BO4 (Which pissed me off). Jumped in to test the waters from time to time off the strength of wanting to see change & couldn’t do it for nearly 9yrs.Fellow soldiers .. Activision has struck success. This is what Modern Warfare should feel like. That disrespect towards the franchise for the first 3 iterations of this lil remake should not go unnoticed & shouldn’t take four tries to get right. Gameplay is smooth. Gunplay is fine for now. Aim assist could be toned down but between DMZ, Campaign & Multiplayer - 3/3 for me. Since i’ve played Battlefield, I can’t play COD as long as i use to but i’ll definitely be investing tons of hours.Hope you boys and gals enjoy this one. I was using ghost and ninja and haven't killed anyone and this dude who was laying down behind cover turns his camera to face me and peeks over the cover perfectly centred on me. The netcode has been so bad in the last three games it's made them unplayable. The game feels like siege minus the necessity for gun skill. Deaths and kills more often than not dictated by weather or not you imbued or got imbued opon with peekers advantage.Battlefield 6 has slide jumps and mechanics that allow fast paced gameplay but it doesn't feel sweaty, I've got 500 hours in it and it is so rare I run into a sweat that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Why?. cause the servers are actually good. They will never fix it, which is a shame cause it's made the last three games completly unenjoyable.
