lofle->Nara's camera spray should only activate if a player is actually in range, currently it activates repeatedly off cooldown and thus never buffs players-> Loffle's heal AOE should probably be larger. Also makes it hard to actually use sourdough because the radius is like 5 studs tops. Sourdough is probably not worth using in general lol

A problem with the game that I've realized in my runs is that all the manics spawn at the start, so floors always go like this: >Floor starts >Someone on the team spots a manic >Noise is made killing it >All manics go there and get killed immediately >Then the floor is empty and safe just after one minute, you're free to scavenge and take your timeI was thinking, what if the manics spawned over time, like Lethal Company's monsters? That way you're always alert, since you never know when a Twisted Shermie might spawn. Delivering items to the train sounds fun, would be nice to stick around and try to get a few extra boxes or something aboard. though you might run into the risk of feeling really samey because youre constantly running back to the train and not really exploring, so there should be some sort of balance to it. You could maybe try something where its still machines, but you need to find parts around the map to fix actually fix them (with a larger spawn rate to make it less annoying, and optionally scrap can be used instead). if not, then machines can still work if you make them open up a door as a shortcut or a loot room.

Quick question for loaffledev, but is it possible to add a "use" button? I was doing my longest run yet(aren't playing much) and I noticed that a lot of time I'll find some item that I want to use immediately but I have my inventory full, so I would put some item on the ground, pick up the item I want to use immediately, then pick up the item I discarded I think a button that would use the item immediately would be very helpful to make things quicker, especially on solo runs where I see a black apple but my inventory is full I can see why it wouldn't be added, we might get cases of people fat fingering the pick up and use button, so I can live without it, but I thought it would be a nice QoL thing to add

i havent been here in a while, but congrats to loaffledev for the release. i've been playing in public lobbies and i can say the game is quite fun to play. its foundation feels a lot more smooth than dandy's, as there's no arbitrary self-imposed limitations like main characters, there are frequent break zones, and i love the fact that you can respawn after a while my only suggestion so far would be some in-game guiding, such as a library of the perks and the manics in the lobby similar to the research menu in dandy's

Peanut should be buffed. The importance of stealth and noise has been nerfed, there's no reason to play her anymore. The only desirable perk for team play is ambush and even then it's bad. part of me wants to make a somni's character of my own, i like how characters really lean into their design's gimmicks and i'm getting inspired honestly with dw and most dwlikes things can be a bit arbitrary (finn and shelly are good examples of this) but pretty much every character in somni's feels in-line with their design. a camera flashes people, a packaging box can fit its entire body inside it, a tank fires its gun because its a fucking tank, really the only one who i think is arbitrary is loaffle, and even then i think her manic design makes up for that
