Does anyone know if 564 Escapades can trigger a skill that has no targets? There are all kinds of debuff skills that target runners ahead and require you to be towards the back. Can 564 Escapades activate a skill like that when there's no one ahead and waste it? Even worse, there's a gold skill debuff that activates when someone uses a heal skill. I don't think anyone has access to it yet in global, but in theory could 564 Escapades activate it when no one has just healed, targeting no one? I'm guessing no one here has the answer.
