It almost certainly will get reverted. There's a major backlash against it already and null is a big enough source of subs that CCP can't not listen to them.Look at scarcity, it might as well have been a nullsec genocide and CCP stuck with it until the game nearly died. They won't make the same mistake again. Null's going to remain broken and EVE Online will just be this sunk cost fallacy kept alive by guys boxing 200 alts in null.

You can argue about minutiae but the fact remains that EO has so much unsolved issues around many fundamental systems that the game will never be good/"fixed". The sheer amount of efficient organization players can muster already defeats any attempts at rebalance and invalidates anything but the biggest and gayest megabloc.
