The spam is real though, and I am starting to feel it's because it's basically one or two Anons treating this place like it's their personal D*scord social hangout joint where they feel like they have to be the center of attention for every koko and then organise off-topic shit like the Ultimate Chicken garbage garbage because they feel they HAVE TO be involved 24/7. They're here to force whatever they want on the place instead of letting people play ratoko or whatever, or even just let the thread stay quiet for a few minutes (the horror!). Many days, I'm just sitting here watching the same 5-6 people hop between like 10 different games nobody heard of or installed before and telling people to join them and wondering why it has to be this way. They act like they're one of those r*ddit circlejerks where everything has to be done as a group with the same members at one person's behest.We don't really have many options though. We don't have the power to tell them to move their spammy off-topic stuff to a separate general, and mods are probably not going to show up for intra-general drama even though it's actually affecting the rest of the board because one general having 10+ threads to itself in a slow board like /vm/ isn't kosher. At this point, the problem Anon's social group should just take their off-topic spam and go make a general in a board made for spammy posting like the other circlejerks, like the UCH tourist or FIFA soccer people, assuming they're not already in a D*scord together.
