Can someone explain how people say Star Citizen has more depth than Elite? I feel like whenever people say this, it's like we are not even playing the same game. I agree that with the state of Elite being mile wide deep as a puddle but compared to SC it feels like SC is lacking in terms of gameplay depth when it comes to space ships, ship combat, trading, exploring, and overall multiplayer activities. I get that you have the ability to walk around ships etc. but I feel like that's kind it? Ship combat everyone just kind of uses the same weapons. Mining seems the same and the only important factor is what ship you use. Trading and navigating also feel like point a to b and that your don't have to chart your routes and avoid certain jump points for fuel efficiency. I like both games but I never understood how people say that Elite is shallow and SC isn't. I'm sure SC will improve whenever 1.0 releases but when people compare it to what the game is now against other games, it's fucking wild when they say SC has depth and other games don't.

Last night spent some time stealing ships from NPC missions. Stole a Cutlass, Cutter, Valkyrie, a couple Freelancers. Routine is simple: Pop their shields then distort them, open their ass, kill the pilot and any turret gunners (sometimes requires a plasma grenade) and then take the ship back to a station and you can store it. Using a Warlock it costs 12k or less per ship (claim on the warlock so you can get back out there.) It doesn't show up on the pad with a "Store" option but if you summon a different ship, it'll store the one on the pad, even if there's a body in it. Problem is, next time you summon the ship, it just despawns. Seems any mission ship will do so once the mission is over. You can however strip all the components off of it, so there's that. So, any ships that are known to not despawn? Are they from particular missions or locations?

I'm not the same guy. I have around 15 ships and all of them are LTI and I'm a member of concierge. I'm not gonna make fun of you for being poor but what are you hoping to achieve here? Self-owning because you can't afford any of it? If you think buying ships is expensive, I also have 4 gaming pc's, two sets of hosas, a racing wheel and pedals, vr headset and motion controllers, decent studio monitor speakers and monitor headphones all with accompanying amps running through external sound card, primo m+kb, head tracking, etc etc, I could go on. SC is literal chump change compared to all the other stuff.Maybe you should enjoy the areas in life where you are rich rather than enviously obsessing from afar. I'd trade it all for a nice big paid off house with a 30-50 acre plot of land near some wilderness or a beach but I'm not willing to suffer the best years of my life struggling for that. I'm satisfied with my lot, bro. Are you?

Penetration is a conical cylinder and it is 60mm to 90mm 2.24 meters long on a C-788. It was 330mm to 660m and 6.6m long on the deadbolt 4 last patch and they didn't behave like this. The meteor guns don't either
