I dislike that most of the good clothes(not glitchy/broken) are open-shoulder and because of the torso my avatar has, that gray top always show and arms look like a doll's with joints. I found a way to fix it by using one of those "skinsuits", it solves the arms and torso issues but makes my avatar completely unable to wear classic clothing as the suit covers her entire body, any outfit that requires footwear also gives me problems because any shoe/pants item i put makes her feet to grow in size significantly. Left is without the suit, right is with the suit. Refining an avatar is more complicated than i thought, and i wish more female clothes that cover the torso entirely werent broken/glitchy.

I feel like a lot of ROBLOX stylistic goodness came from it's users being limited. If you see what a lot of devs did later on when ROBLOX loosened and added UGC, Rthro and more whilst low quality unity model slop became more popular than just doing builds manually you can see how their works declined in quality in almost complete synchronization with ROBLOX's decline. And in many of them despite the clear artistic direction you can see how ROBLOX generally looked generally the same back then, which i think i will consider a good thing because it outlined ROBLOX from say second life dogshit which i can only describe as looking "generally 3D" and as a result unidentifiable and boring. There's almost a simple beauty in creativity and i think as Terry Davis said, An idiot will admire complexity but a genius will admire simplicity. The most you could get away with was your singular game having custom accessories which was rare and only limited to yourself whilst throughout the rest of the platform you could only really make your own clothing, everything else was done by ROBLOX and carefully selected. Thoughts on this?

i have tried and given up on learning scripting multiple times over the years because of my dumbass brain but after a couple nights and rewatching BrawlDev videos i finally created something. That classic game where you have to fill a 3x3 grid. Cant find an actual name for it but it was used in all-time bangers Club Penguin and Riddle School 5. It's super easy if it starts all black, though. I can probably get it to randomly generate boards, I assume any random grid is solvable but I'm not sure.

Next mini-project finished, "mini" but it took me half a day. I think I am somewhat understanding arrays/tables but still need way more practice with them. I still needed some small help from the roblox studio AI which actually seemed scarily good at solving the bugs. I have been trying to backport the /VM/ baseplate to an older version but hadn't had any luck doing that. This means I will have to manually do this and ensure everything works.In the meantime, I am willing use Novetus' 2010L version as that seems to do what I want the most and seems to be the most stable version. is anyone else baffled at the community's reaction to the Hazem/PLS Donate fiasco?Like, ROBLOX literally killed his game (and probably business) overnight with a single change that was delibaratery targeted towards every donation game, not just his. If their only intention was to add a direct way to donate, they wouldn't kill cross-gamepass sales and make it inconvenient to use the feature in the first place. You need to be a plus member (almost nobody is) and there's a hard limit of like 1k robux iirc. Maybe they have/will increase it, but it won't be impressive if they do, it's just a shitty way of pretending they listen to feedback (e.g. cost to upload clothing was like 800 robux, now it's 80 because people complained about it. "see? we care!!!!!!". still a shitty update that shouldn't exist in the first place). The way they handled it was also unprofessional, he received no notice, wasn't contacted about it, and found out at the same time when everyone did.He then posted about it on Xitter and urged others to protest the update. You'd think people would be more considerate, considering all the shitty stuff ROBLOX is going through with this being one of them. Nope. No matter how valid his complaints were, it was apparently more important that he was a millionaire and that his game "was shit, lacked creativity and just exploited a loophole". Everybody ate up what the blue checkmark faggots were saying, even personally insulted him...I honestly feel like everyone is missing the actual point. This isn't bad because of Hazem, he's just an example. No matter how big you are, how loyal you are, or how long you were developing on this platform, Roblox can do whatever the fuck they want, with ZERO repercussions and STILL have people doing free PR work for them.
