Why won't Gearbox just pay some 20000 dollars to Wolfo and Risky_Lives and implement their bugfixing mods into the official Risk of Rain 2? Would be cheaper than fixing all the bugs by hand and would bring good PR.

New Dev Diary dropped focusing on how the new item tiers work.
You grab a Hex item, which is just a very punishing debuff with no upside. Then later in the run, probably after one of the new trial stages they're implementing, you can exchange the Hex for a super strong Hallowed item, which are apparently some of the most unique and strongest in the game.
>Hex of Strife: Adds the effects of a mountain shrine to the teleporter, but without any extra item drops.
>Hex of Blindness: Severely limits your visibility with a black fog effect.
>Infernal Mark: Chance to apply Soulbrand on hit. Soulbrand makes other enemies attack the branded target.
>Dream Crucible: Once per stage, Dream Crucible has a chance of being consumed in place of another cooldown/consumable item, such as Sale Star or Dio's.

Are there any modded survivors who gain notable bonus benefits from speccing into certain stats? Like False Son getting to use his spikes and lasers more by speccing into health.
Reverse cases, like Seeker's abilities not benefitting from attack speed aside from her primary, are also welcome.
