I'm on city of heroes lately. WoW private servers have had some impressive development but they lack the feeling of persistence to make them feel like real MMOs. Coh has people doing new content with characters they've played for 10 years and thats what this genre is really about.

Foxhole is getting a major expansion introducing airplanes and improved naval stuff in a couple of weeks. It's an amazing game and the next war will be total chaos when meta tries to find a new equilibrium and people break the new stuff.

Well Astellia was one of those "take the money and run" kind of deals where they leased the IP from some korean mmorpg development farm and shut it down when the donations stopped rolling in.
