Fest Notes for those that missed (Delezie Raid):
>Delezie raid will be a 12 man raid, 77k fame recommended but not required.
>Bosses will be strategic and will move around the map and sometimes retreat, but you can ambush them

At first I was wondering what was there to rework about Dark Templar and then I saw it was mainly awakening edits. With the latest balance patch Dark Templar had to have her first and second awakening damage more than double, wonder if this is supposed to be some sort of apology, like "what do you mean her awakenings have been hot garbage and a net DPS loss for several level caps now, please use them again!"
Not gonna complain though, the new ones look gorgeous.
Aside from that seems they retouched some skills nobody used before and changed a few visuals.

I was wondering why my damage numbers were so fucked in the simulator when using the limit set to the point that using 115 fusion stones was always a damage loss, turns out the gooks didn't bother coding in the 70% cooldown limit for skills and the DPS calculator was reducing my awakenings beyond the maximum and telling me I was losing DPS.
My 2A is not on a 27 second cooldown, the lowest it can go by game mechanics is 54.
If this is how Nipple does math no wonder all their balance patches are out of whack.
