the idea of a fresh economy being needed is ridiculous. real life inflation is bad because it is tied to wages. it doesn't matter if everything in runescape is inflated because everything that you do to make money is also inflated. there's no difference between a sword being 1 million coins and a resource you're farming to pay for it being 10k each or the sword being 100k and the resources being 1k.

one of my goals since returning was to get at least level 90 archaeology and necromancy because i stopped playing before they were implemented and i needed them for the stupid fucking elite prif achievement to get the prif quiver 4. it pisses me off so much that i only have the hard diaries done and i have to see that stupid prif quiver 3 constantly only giving me the +3 prayer bonus instead of the max (and i don't wanna shell out for the pernix one). well i got 99 arch and now i'm level 89 necro after starting it earlier this week or last week. finally i'm so close to being able to craft that dumb fucking level 90 milestone cape. just one more level. then i have to do some of the other achievements too of course but that's the big one.
