I’m actually going to play fo4, what mod kino is necessary to make it into a survival horror? I started with sound mods(guns/explosions/ambient/music) and I’m happy with the choices I made I have Direct Hit and Hardcore Survival a mod that makes super mutants larger and a camping mod that will let me build a tent or sleeping bag Also Karma I also got some QoL and bug fixes like sprint stutter fix and skip Dima’s memories, dialogue box I now need to adjust the lootpool and get something that adds nighttime ambushes Also what sort of NSFW mods are available and are any worth it? I’m only interested in things that make the world darker and more immersive for example slavery and assaults

Had a conversation about immersion because of a door in 4 opening inwards while being placed on the ceiling of a basement (there'd be no way to open the door because it'd collide with the stairs), and honestly the only time playing these games where I was confused at the architecture was papa khans house in red rock canyon.You enter an area and every building is either a tent or a mobile home and then climb a cliff to see more tents and a regular ass house right in the middle? Stuff like republic of dave or girdershade don't bother me because my imagination transforms the areas into a place where people would actually be able to live and not just 2 huts with 5 people in it, but papa khans cabin always make me think there was supposed to be a tent or something there instead of a regular house up a cliffside.

best gameplay combo ive encountered is world wide ghouls and encounter director, I have it set to ghouls, synths and deathclaws only. I totally forgot i had it on synths. Went and raided the fish factory for aluminium trays, and encountered synths, a lot of synths, didn't think anything of it until i was deep in the factory and it turned into a tsunami army of synths calling reinforcements. I figure this is very lore friendly as they can teleport them in through walls. Fun mod combo.
