I've been fiddling around with his 6P a lot and I feel like conceptually it can work, it's just got a TON of arbitrary restrictions that make it a nightmare to use.
First up; The good:
because it's a full body armor move that's designed to lose to lows it's great for stuffing grounded approach options such as FAFUNEEAR, Mappa or El Dolphinado
and secondly, it's great at contesting giant jump ins that are either very disjointed or hit very deep like ramletard, john money or baiken jHNow the bad: despite what I just said, it's bad for grounded counterpoking because people can just gattling or cancel out of hitting your armor, including YRC so it's the best for contesting normals
multi hit jump ins like sol jH and answer jS will kill you
jump in gattling chains will kill you
the armor frames are painfully restrictive for NO reason, it's armoured from frame 5 onwards which is already kinda slow, some chars like I-No and Slayer have anti air jabs that are just as fast if not faster, but the armor covers only like the first 1-2 active frames which is DAMNING
and I think that the worst of all is how awkward it is to convert from, on normal hit they'll *probably* tech out and if you're lucky you'll get a very high connect 236H and then they'll tech out, on ch you can get a combo maybe with a dash up 5K or a very delay 236H, IDK why they did that, this webm is from Revelator(xrd has a version select feature) and he had cS and 6H as gattling options, so conceptually Leo 6P is sound, it's unique, different and has a niche other 6Ps don't have, at the expense of having weaknesses that other 6Ps don't, but it just needs a ton of buffs such as
>Armor kicks in faster and lasts longer
>Has actual gattling options
>Leo can now move during the armor hitstop, just like how baiken can during azami
but IDK, I feel like this is pointless because
A: Rev2 is old and won't be patched
B: "buff bad move until it becomes good" is not creative
