Regarding M.Iota
------------------------------
"The disappointment was as great as the users' expectations. We are fully aware of the severity of the situation.I have raised issues with the developer, including certain motions for Moyota (specifically the "short-stride/pattering" walking motion). They are currently reviewing this. How will we fix it? The crucial issue here is how we manage the schedule and the manpower (workload). Although overshadowed by the Monad Iota issue, quality-of-life (QoL) patches are being implemented continuously.
While we are fulfilling our promise to "keep improving," we are in a situation where touching one thing inevitably causes another process to pause. We will never just "gloss over" this. However, I ask for your understanding that we need some time.
It is a fact that we failed to meet the very high expectations for Iota. As the representative, I offer my sincere apologies. We are deeply reviewing various opinions regarding the characters. I am always looking at your suggestions. It might be even more frustrating for users if you don't feel that we are watching, but we are. Looking at the feedback, many of you are pointing out very specific problems. Thank you for that.Since we lack publishing experience, there are things we do without full certainty. I agonize over questions like: "Should I wait to speak until I have a concrete countermeasure?" or "Should I apologize first?" Therefore, even if our response feels insufficient, I ask you to look upon us with a broad mind.We will deeply discuss suggestions from Iota’s dedicated fans. If action is necessary, it will be taken. As for how the modifications will be made, the internal development team needs to look at it; it’s not something that can be fixed in a day or two."
