I'm doing some projecting here, but do you allow yourself to enjoy them? Are you mentally preoccupied? I usually only play things in short bursts now.

"I've never really made a game where you think of the story first and then go into the gameplay."- Eiji AonumaMany producers and executives get this backward because they assume making a video game is the same as making a film or television program.

I would do anything. ANYTHING. to get the opportunity to lay her small little head against the side of my bed and go to town on her face sticking my tongue in her throat then proceeding to lunge my cock in her neck as she pukes on my grapefruit sized balls from gagging non stop

Your dopamine receptors fall off 30% by the time you're 30 compared to when you were a teenager. It's physically impossible to have as much fun anymore doing anything... except...

They are. Your problem may largely fall into three categories, which aren't mutually-exclusive mind you.
>You're not playing games/genres that you actually enjoy
Imagine liking board games but you continue to play fucking Monopoly for some inane reason even though you dislike it very much. No wonder you'd think board games suck.
When you read bad books or books you dislike, don't judge book-reading as a whole, find books and genres that (You) enjoy.
>You're not giving an honest chance for games to be entertaining in the first place
Perhaps there's a lot going on in your life and you let it seep into your hobbies.
You may be judging the hobby itself when you're evalutation a specific hobby based on your current environment.
If someone has an argument with their friends/family/whatever outside of a board game, it is not the fault of the game itself. Projecting that fault unto an inanimate object is a surefire way to sour all experience one may have with board games for life.
>You never liked video games in the first place
It's genuinely okay, it is a hobby after all and no one is expected to like every hobby under the sun. Check out other things, like playing golf or board games since I've brought it up.As an additional note, I must admit that there is seemingly a trend of games being more low effort and/or pushy with their ideologies in the AAA sphere. This however shouldn't stop you from playing older games or indie titles.t. 31 who still enjoys playing games, albeit I only play singleplayer and local multiplayer games nowadays, generally the older variety. I've started to think I dislike gaming when friends were all about playing MOBAs.

You're looking for the next "life changing" game all day every day instead of just palying something.

Because you have no friends to share the enjoyment with, no one to talk about the plot or secrets you've found or anything like that. Try discussing stuff like that on here, and your thread will just get a few replies telling you to buy an ad before getting archived.
