Besides some of the obvious mentions (Bungie etc), I've kind of felt like Paradox Interactive is in serious trouble lately. Vicky 3 had a rocky start, EU5 was a flop, the last few DLCs for other games have been duds, and the next game up is basically just a repackage CK2 mod. Their business model of "pay for patches" can only go so far.
