Our parents bought them for us. Things weren’t completely hopeless back then so people could still afford things they liked.

The bread's been getting moldy and the circus got boring. I pirate 95% of everything, only the small indie games I truly enjoy do I buy (HK, Mina, Coffin of Andy/Leyley). I feel bad for console owners, having to spend $80 when I pirate and run it on my 4090. Someone has to keep the gears turning, better the dumb NPCs than me.

because food didnt cost a literal arm and a leg nor did fuel for our cars and furthermore a lot of cars had free maintenance covered by their dealerships. also housing wasn't so retard expensive. literally only computers and video games was expensive.
