I was getting the feeling for a while now and this one definitely confirms NetEase fuckin love Gorr. They named him as one of the characters they'd most like to add way back in early 2025, included All-Black prominently in the Klyntar map (beyond just being Knull's weapon in cinematics), had the costume tie in to the Original Sin storyline with Thor losing his worthiness from hearing "GORR WAS RIGHT" (complete with in-game spray), and have been building up his arrival big time across the last two seasons. Maybe someone on the dev team was a big fan of the comic story, or they just like the general premise and design of the character, whatever it is, it shows.
