That means if i want to stand around and look at a chair for 10 minutes i will do just that and i don't want anyone to tell me to hurry up. Just like i don't want anyone in my game that impedes my progress. But most importantly i don't want the game(or the players) punishing me for playing my favorite class fantasy. If i want to play a sword/board warrior i don't want anyone to tell me i should switch to axes because they are just better or that ARs suck ass and i need to use SMGs.

I've been playing 9kings recently, and while the game is not bad, it's also... not good.
There is too little for you to do during the actual battles, which play out automatically, so it mostly boils down to choosing the right card/perk combos outside of the battle, and getting lucky. Compared with something like Slay the Spire or Desktop Dungeons it just feels less interactive, and gets boring quite quickly. I mostly launch it when an update drops, to unlock the achievements, and then stop playing until the next update.
That being said, the game is still in early access, and the devs are not necessarily going in the wrong direction so far, so I hope it will eventually get more interesting.

I've been playing a lot of Ring Racers and Lumines Arise, both of which are absolutely fantastic. I do wish Lumines Arise had more funk in it, though. Bit too much of the Tetris Effect "THE UNIVERSE IS ONE AND WE ARE FULL OF LOVE" molly music, even if it's better than that game was.

Alright, sure. Been playing that new version of DQ3 lately. Just reached Alltrades Abbey and I still don't know if I want to change classes early or wait until they get some more Abilities first. I already have the trajectory for ALMOST everybody mapped out, it's not hard, I just don't know how long I want to run the original job.

I'm currently between games. I casually been touching Megabonk and just finished Dispatch last weekend. I have even played Kirby Air Riders with my brothers.
But it's been awhile since I've played through a nice single player game that felt like a journey that took a nice month or more to play through. Like when I played through Castlevania 64/LoD for the first time on all three characters simultaneously. That was fun.

Just finished Axion Verge (what a fucking awesome game)... and after many years replayed Dark Messiah, the combat still holds up, very fun, but the game overstays its welcome and enemies are repetitive, I think the game wants you to rush through most combat encounters, fuck ghouls! Of course I chose the best ending, keeping the skull and saving Xana.
