What went down with the SR2 PC version patch was pretty fucking awful.>saints row 2 on pc is outsourced to cd projekt who release one of the worst pc ports of all time and dump it quickly
>a modder named idolninja fixes a few things with his mod, gentlemen of the row
>idolninja gets hired by volition as a community manager, finds the source of the pc version on a hard drive in a closet
>volition lets idolninja put together a patch to fix the port, he hires some other dev to help him out with but the guy ends up taking the money and running
>idolninja ends up getting cancer, works on the patch until the day he has to get wheeled in
>on his fucking deathbed, his coworkers promise they'll finish his work
