no valve are washed hacks that try their best to take advantage of you every way they can. they don't even bother to fix broken cosmetics you buy for years or fix other major bugs.developers who don't care about that naturally don't care about the details involving balance. they're washed hacks when it comes to the game side too though. they don't play the game themselves instead they use the "shake it up" approach where they just change random stuff trying to make a big patch so their trash can make some new cycles and grab attention. they hope you get excited and they can pretend they're genius without having a real plan or any idea of balance. then afterwards they spend a year nerfing everything reducing your agency as much as possible to try and do forced 50/50.all the heroes which required a lot of skill get nerfed over and over again watering them downward as much as possible. dota 1 was everybody is strong and can do crazy stuff but it's devolved into riot style micromanagement. they legit listen to retard piece of shit passive aggressive faggot "support" players who want everything nerfed and removed from the game so they can win so they nerf tinker, techies, and every other high skill hero so the faggot who plays crystal maiden can pretend he's good. even when supports are 55% win rate and crystal maiden is an easier hero to win a game with than tinker/huskar/arc warden they still nerf the shit out of anything thing that gives you agency/requires skill

Shit community, complexity out the ass in item builds and gruellingly long when you're slowly losing a match.
Still the best game ever made. Endless skill ceiling, endless hero+item configurations to play with and against.If you've got hundreds of hours to learn the game and thousands of hours to lose there's not many better games.
